Built for the Church
After two decades of leadership experience in business, consulting, and ministry, Founder and Principal Consultant James Kalp saw a common thread: churches were often left on their own to navigate complex HR issues — hiring, policies, conflict, and compliance — with little or no professional support.
For the past 5 years, James has served on the Board of Servant Leaders at his own church — twice as Chair — and helped oversee HR for the staff team. He has seen firsthand how difficult it can be to balance pastoral care with people management, especially when legal and organizational complexities arise.
With a PhD in Organizational Psychology, SHRM-SCP certification, and a passion for strengthening the local church, James launched Trinity HR Solutions to fill that gap — offering practical, personal support for church leaders and their teams.
